What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are fully refundable within 30 days of an order, however orders cancelled less than 30 days prior to your event, are not be refundable. Thank you for your understanding..Full payment for rentals is due 7-10 days prior to your event.
Do I have to leave a deposit when I reserve equipment?
Yes. We require a deposit at the time of booking to reserve your rental.Full payment for rentals is due 7-10 days prior to your event.
What do I do if it rains or if the weather is bad?
If you already have an inflatable setup in your yard and it starts to rain, you should turn the inflatable off until the rain stops. If there are wind gusts that exceed 20 mph, the inflatable must be turned off for safety reasons. Any other questions or concerns please call Suburban at (888) 532-4042.
*Important: For your safety and that of your guests – Do not let anyone use the inflatable(s) during a thunderstorm, rainy, windy or any inclement weather.
Are there any extra fees?
Yes. The following fees will be billed if items are not ready for pick-up and require our pick up crew to be unexpectedly delayed:
